Slicho joined Kansas City University (KCU) College of Osteopathic Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in 2023.

Turner Slicho, DO, MS

Dr. Slicho earned both his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and his Masters of Science in Clinical
Research and Education in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine from the University of North
Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNTHSC-TCOM) in
Fort Worth, Texas in 2004.  He is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and
Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), completing his residency training in 2007 at Plaza
Medical Center of Fort Worth, in affiliation with UNTHSC-TCOM.

He has been actively involved in education throughout his private practice career, serving as
adjunct clinical faculty for several colleges of osteopathic medicine as well as the Portland,
Oregon Regional Dean of Clinical Education for Pacific Northwest University College of
Osteopathic medicine. He also helped to develop and deliver the Still Exaggeration Technique
continuing education course, and has taught this course in the US, Canada, and England. Dr.
